I’m so happy to finally be able to share my survey with you guys! Jamie over at The Perpetual Page-Turner came up with this very fun survey and I immediately knew I wanted to complete one of my own. Thanks for letting us join in the fun, Jamie!!
Author you’ve read the most books from:
Kelley Armstrong – 23 books.
Between her Otherworld series and the Darkest Powers series, she has everyone beat. And since I plan to continue reading her books, she will most likely stay at the top.
Honorable mention to Richelle Mead with 21 of her books read. :)
Best Sequel Ever:
Where She Went by Gayle Forman
Currently Reading:
I Only Have Eyes For You by Andre, Bella, because I’m obsessed with this series right now and The Lady of the Rivers by Gregory, Philippa, because I wanted to read the books before watching the tv show (The White Queen, STARZ)
Drink of Choice While Reading:
Coffee, duh.
E-reader or Physical Book?
Physical, except when E-reader. ;)
Fictional Character You Probably Would Have Actually Dated In High School:
Alex Fuentes from Perfect Chemistry by Simone Elkeles is probably the closest match to the guys I dated in high school so we’ll go with that.
Glad You Gave This Book A Chance:
Outlander by Diana Gabaldon – I had read no reviews on this, knew nothing about it, but Amazon suggested it to me and I said “What the heck. Why not?” One of my all-time favorites now.
Hidden Gem Book:
You Against Me by Jenny Downham – My contemporary YA loving friends would LOVE this one!
Important Moment in your Reading Life:
Discovering Goodreads. Life changing!
Just Finished:
Can’t Help Falling in Love (The Sullivans #3) by Bella Andre
Kinds of Books You Won’t Read:
I won’t read most non-fiction books. I like some memoirs or biographies, but that’s it.
Longest Book You’ve Read:
A Breath of Snow and Ashes (Outlander #6) by Diana Gabaldon at 980 pages.
Major book hangover because of:
Me Before You by Jojo Moyes – Holy smokes, this book! Read it now, you guys.
Number of Bookcases You Own:
5 in the living room and 3 in my bedroom. :) I’m a book collector, ok!

Succubus Blues series by Richelle Mead – 3 times.
Preferred Place To Read:
Bed or Couch
Quote that inspires you/gives you all the feels from a book you’ve read:
Reading Regret:
I regret not reading more in my teenage years and early 20s. I seriously stopped at 12 and picked it back up at 28. lol I’ve missed out on a lot of awesomeness and probably some life lessons.
Series You Started And Need To Finish(all books are out in series):
SO MANY! I have a Goodreads shelf for Series I Need To Finish.
Three of your All-Time Favorite Books:
This Lullaby, Looking for Alaska, The Sky is Everywhere
Unapologetic Fangirl For:
Richelle Mead – I LOVE HER, OK!
Very Excited For This Release More Than All The Others:
Just One Year (Just One Day #2) by Gayle Forman
Worst Bookish Habit:
Book Hoarding :-| I have more unread books than read ones at my house.
X Marks The Spot: Start at the top left of your shelf and pick the 27th book:
Catching Fire (The Hunger Games #2) by Suzanne Collins
Your latest book purchase:
Virtuosity by Jessica Martinez – Thanks, Kindle Daily Deals!
ZZZ-snatcher book (last book that kept you up WAY late):

Love the survey, but really love the quote! What is it from??
Jess @ Gone with the Words
Thanks! It’s from The Fault in our Stars by John Green :)
Ginger @ GReads!
I did not realize Looking for Alaska was an all-time favorite for you. The other two books I definitely knew! lol I keep meaning to read these Belle Andre books. Maybe it should be my next adult series to start? As for your Very Excited For This Release Book.. I’m sending you a text now ;)
Jess @ Gone with the Words
Yeah, that was my first ever John Green book and my second ever contemporary YA novel, after The Truth About Forever, so it holds a special place in my heart. And about your text? I LOVE YOUUUUUU! :)
Tara
I could not agree more about Where She Went being the best sequel! That series was rare for me because I loved the sequel even more than I did the first book. That Gayle Forman is a genius :)
Jess @ Gone with the Words
I’m the same as you. I loved WSW SO much more than If I Stay. That book gave me so many FEELINGS and EMOTIONS. Ha! :D
Quinn @ Quinn's Book Nook
I’m a book hoarder too! So many of the books I own I haven’t read. I haven’t read Austenland yet, but I really need to. I love Shannon Hale, and I LOVE Jane Austen.
Jess @ Gone with the Words
And we won’t give them up either. :D And also keep buying more, lol. *sigh* Oh, well.
Austenland was SO fun! I think you’ll really like it. :) AND! The movie is out in a lot of places now! :D Can’t wait to watch it.

I’m a big Richelle Mead fan too, I’ll read anything she writes! Outlander is one of those books I’ve always been intrigued by, maybe I should pick it up sometime! Fun post!
Stephanie @ Once Upon a Chapter
Such a great survey! I am a little anxious about the Outlander series. They are so long but SO good. :)
April
I started filling this survey out a few weeks ago.. but now I’ve done read 3 or 4 more books since then so all my answers are wrong. :/ Maybe I will refill it out. I love surveys, but I love being lazy too, and laziness always wins out.
Heck Yeah to the letter Y! I just bought Rot and Ruin by Jonathan Maberry. It’s $1.99 right now. Zombies for the win! :)
