Rewind & Review: February Goals

Uncategorized

Ginger of GReads! and Lisa of Lisa the Nerd have come up with the cool feature:

At the beginning of each month we will set aside a few “older” books to be read & reviewed on our blogs. I encourage all of you to join in and do the same each month. There’s just a few easy-peasy guidelines/objectives to follow:

  • The book(s) needs to be published in 2010 or earlier.
  • Set a goal for the month on how many books you’d like to read & use the feature title “Rewind & Review” in your reviews.
  • If you use the graphic, please provide credit back to Ginger or Lisa’s blog.
  • Use this opportunity to have fun reading some long lost loves!

This month I’ll be cheating a little bit. How exactly? Well the books I’m picking, I’ve actually already read. I read them before I started blogging but with the upcoming release of the HIGHLY anticipated third book in this series, I want to reread them.

Oh yes…I’m talking about GRACELING and FIRE by Kristin Cashore! And that anticipated release? BITTERBLUE! Which I was lucky enough to get a copy of at ALA!

I so want to take the time to reread them. But I’ll live vicariously through the love you pour out when you do.

Yay! So glad you’re participating with us :)
I’m thinking Graceling will make an appearance in my Rewind & Review’s some time soon. I know, I know.. I must start this series. Shame on me!

Got plans for the Bitterblue ARC once you’re done reading it? I’d be happy to take it off your hands *grins*

OH, I guess I should clarify! I’m actually RE-reading them before I jump into Bitterblue, since it’s been a couple of years since I’ve read both Graceling and Fire. I wanted a refresher. :) But yes, I LOVE both!!
