I think it’s time to talk about Myrnin. You know, the guy who lurks in the alley next to Gramma Day’s house? In the shack? You might also know him as the adorable/terrifying vampire who’s built a steampunk lab underneath the shack, blown it up a few times, can’t use bookcases worth a damn, invented […]
I am BEYOND thrilled to have Rachel Caine on the blog today. Please, ask her as many questions you want in the comments and she will answer them!! :D Master storyteller Rachel Caine has her hands full with her bestselling Morganville Vampires novels coming to an end, and a brand new book (a retelling of […]
Black Dawn was for sure one of the more intense installments in this series. I mean, they’re all intense, and their lives are always hanging in the balance, but in Black Dawn you start to feel the beginning of the end. This time is not so much the humans in danger as the vampires. The […]
That is a fierce cover, CB!! (CB = Claire Bear = Eve’s nickname for Claire) :) Can’t wait to read it!
Oh, our dear Morganville gang. Last Breath was a rough one for you, wasn’t it? Rachel Caine really dragged you guys through the mud, didn’t she? And by the end, things haven’t only gotten marginally better. *sigh* Come here….you guys need a hug. In Last Breath, every one is in danger. Vampires are being hunted, […]
Last Breath! I am a very big fan of this series, and Rachel Caine just announced there will be 3 more books after this one and the next one!! WOOT! I’m ready for some more Michael and Shane time. :)
In this tenth installment of The Morganville Vampires series, Rachel Caine puts Shane through the ringer, figuratively and literally! The book picks up soon after the conclusion of the amazing Ghost Town, which is one of my favorite books in the series, along with Carpe Corpus. A gym has opened up in Morganville, one that […]
“He lives in a hole in the ground, dresses funny, and occasionally eats his assistants,” Eve said. “Define crazy.” Claire closed her eyes. “Okay. I think he wants to put my brain in a jar and wire it into the machine.” LOL, gotta love crazy Myrnin.
I pretty much loved this series from book one. Though I have some in the series I like better than others, there’s no question they’re all equally exciting. I can’t wait to get my hands on this one. :)
