Top Ten Tuesday: 2014 Release I’m Dying To Read

This is always a fun topic. By this time we’ve started making lists of our favorites for the year and upcoming releases we want to read SO BADLY. So here’s ten of the ones I’m dying to get my hands on…I was careful not to include debut authors, since that topic is coming up soon. ;D

The first six books are by authors I already LOVE….

1. Ignite Me (Shatter Me #3) by -DUUUUUUUUDE. TEAM ADAM. THAT IS ALL.

2. This Side of Salvation by – Jeri wrote a contemporary and I MUST. READ. IT!

3. Biggest Flirts (Superlatives #1) by – This sounds super cool and Ms. Echols is a total fave author. She even made my header!

4. What I Thought Was True by – I finally read My Life Next Door and completely fell in love with it, so of course Huntley became an insta-read for me.

5. To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before by – It’s about time we get another contemporary solo project from Jenny Han! GAH! I need ALL THE FEELS, Jenny!

6. Since You’ve Been Gone by – Morgan is such a lovely person and I can’t believe I still haven’t

These two authors I have yet to read…hey, maybe I’ll read them this month! :D

7. Landline by – Rainbow’s covers are always FANTASTIC. And the story sounds just as good!

8. We Were Liars by – The amazing praise this book’s been getting? Yeah, DYING to read it.

These two need covers already…

9. Nantucket Red (Nantucket #2) by – Whatever you do…DO NOT read the synopsis! It will leave you NEEDING this book NOW.

10. Sinner (The Wolves of Mercy Falls #4) by – It’s about COLE, y’all!! I wonder what color the cover will be…black?!

I had no idea The Wolves of Mercy Falls series was continuing! I feel so in the dark! (That said, I’ve only read the first one, so….)

I’m really excited to see What I Thought Was True on so many lists! No one I know (in real life) has read Fitzpatrick’s first book, so it’s good to see I can gush with other bloggers online.

I still haven’t read My Life Next Door :( I need to hurry and read the Huntley Fitzpatrick books so I can see what all the fuss is about!

    Great list!

  3. Ginger @ GReads!

Oh look.. our lists are similar, hehe — SHOCKER! But wait, how did I forget Ignite Me & Sinner??!! My mind was lost on contemps it seems…

Next time I see you, I am handing you my copy of The Boyfriend List (the first in the Ruby Oliver series) by E. Lockhart. It is SO GOOD & one of my favorites! And I can not believe you haven’t read Rainbow — whaaaat?! My favorite by her is still Attachments. Most people choose her other YAs that are extremely popular, but I got a soft spot for her adult novel writing (hence why I’m so excited for Landline!).

  4. Tara

I can’t even begin to contain my excitement about What I Thought Was True!! Huntley Fitzpatrick = auto buy/read/squeal.

  5. Betty

Now THIS is a lovely list!!
Ignite Me- eeeek! how will this end?? chapter sixty-betty?
Biggest Flirts- I hadn’t heard of that one until today, but added it to goodreads– looks super cute!
What I Thought Was True- I LOVED THIS BOOK.
To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before- I love the premise!
Landline- I still haven’t read a Rainbow Rowell book yet!!! I do own E&P though! Love this cover!
Also haven’t read Morgan Matson- I’ve heard I’m missing out!
We Were Liars- Jamie loved this. I can’t wait to read it!

  6. Lisa Schensted

But Team Warner forever and ever amen.

Also, I had no idea there was another Wolves of Mercy Falls book! Thank you for the heads up on that action.
