I don’t think there’s a more fun and/or endearing character out there than Evie. From the moment this book began, I had a smile on my face. She’s cute, funny, and vulnerable..but she can kick still kick butt when butt-kicking is needed. She’s become almost like a little sister who I watch with amusement at the things she comes up with. In turn, I also feel very protective over her when bad things happen or she’s hurt. I don’t think any other character out there has made me feel this way. Then there’s Lend. Gosh, that boy is bleeping perfect!! I just want to steal him away for myself! But I couldn’t do that to our Evie. Kiersten White knows how to write some romance!
I liked how the problems arising throughout the book threw me off of the actual immediate danger Evie was facing. The pace was a little slow to start, but it picked up about halfway through. It was also around then that I figured out who the bad guy was. I think what really saved this book from being just ok for me, were those scenes with Evie and Lend. I like them so much that I didn’t mind the other things. Evie and Lend are also the reason this book is rated four stars instead of three.
Overall, Supernaturally was a good sequel! I didn’t love it as much as Paranormalcy, but still really liked it. A lot of the things that happen in it are a setup for the final book, Endlessly, so I’m excited to see what will happen in the end.

Evie finally has the normal life she’s always longed for. But she’s shocked to discover that being ordinary can be . . . kind of boring. Just when Evie starts to long for her days at the International Paranormal Containment Agency, she’s given a chance to work for them again. Desperate for a break from all the normalcy, she agrees.
But as one disastrous mission leads to another, Evie starts to wonder if she made the right choice. And when Evie’s faerie ex-boyfriend Reth appears with devastating revelations about her past, she discovers that there’s a battle brewing between the faerie courts that could throw the whole supernatural world into chaos. The prize in question? Evie herself.
So much for normal.
