TGIF is a weekly feature created and hosted by GReads! that re-caps the week’s posts and has different question each week.

This week’s question: Book Appeal: When you’re browsing goodreads, the library, or another blogger’s reviews, what grabs your attention to make you want to read it?

If it’s an author I’ve read and liked before then their name on anything will get me to want it. But other than that, this is the order:

  • Authors I know and love.
  • Cover & Title.
  • On Goodreads, who’s added it/read it/reviewed it.
  • People talking/recommending it on Twitter.

That will do it. :)

Follow Friday

Follow My Book Blog Friday is a weekly meme hosted by Parajunkee’s View and Alison Can Read where we all get together and say HI!

This week’s question: Define what characteristics your favorite books share. Do they all have a kick ass heroine or is the hot love interest the Alpha Male?

An over-the-moon, swoon-worthy, strong romantic relationship; one that makes it through incredible obstacles and tribulations. What can I say…I’m a hopeless romantic deep down.

While I do like romance, it’s not the end all be all for me. But, it does help! I love fantasy. And, it it has romance in it, then that’s just icing on the cake!

Definitely, when a lot of people get Twitter all stirred up about a certain book, it’s most certainly time to check it out. :D And covers and titles! Who doesn’t have those on their list? :P

I hope you’ll drop by and enter my giveaway to win one of three ARCs! :)

I always look for authors that I know too.  And count me as another member of the romance club?  Love me some love stories!
